(f) he may not participate in a Twenty20 contest anywhere in the world during the validity period, which is not officially recognized by (i) the official national cricket confederation in the country where this competition takes place or (ii) by the BCCI in the absence of such a national governing body in that country. 5.7 Each party will remain confidential for the duration and for the longest period permitted by law, unless it is agreed that the parties may indicate that an agreement has been signed between them, within the framework of which the player has committed to the League and, where applicable, the Tournament of Champions. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations or arrangements on the subject matter of this Agreement, including the Memorandum of Understanding. This Agreement is between the Board of Control for Cricket in India, a company registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975, established at the Cricket Centre, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, 400,020 for and on behalf of their unit known as the Indian Premier League (BCCI-IPL); and [player`s name] of [the address] (the “Player”). `player bid procedure` means the procedure where each bidder (including the franchisee) offers players to be part of that bidder`s team and decides on player fees; (c) he may enter into another agreement or understanding (written or oral) or do anything else (either directly or through processing) or have no other agreement or agreement that would impair his ability to enter into and perform the player contract in full; (B) It is provided that the player withdraws an agreement (the player contract) with a franchisee in lieu of that agreement in the manner provided for in this agreement. . . .
