Information technology outsourcing agreements, in which the remuneration of service providers is linked to the results achieved, have gained popularity due to the development of pricing models based on time and equipment or full-time staff. Our goal is to improve the overall shopping experience by providing the campus with advice and support for the purchase of goods/services, which allows our students to enjoy an exceptional experience. Service level agreements are also defined at different levels: a service level agreement (SLA) is an obligation between a service provider and a customer. Particular aspects of the service – quality, availability, responsibilities – are agreed between the service provider and the service user.
